For a percentage of the position’s first year compensation, we guarantee a placement and that the candidate will remain in the position for a specified period of time. We organize and manage the entire search process from beginning to finish.
This type of search is sometimes used for middle management or technical specific positions where the organization wants to supplement their existing candidate pool. The client only pays a fee to Stiffney Group when the position is filled by a Stiffney Group candidate.
A client may retain Stiffney Group to conduct specified tasks that can be readily defined on an hourly basis e.g. contacting a specific candidate profile within a limited geography, screening client recommended candidates, and conducting reference checks.
