Kirk Stiffney, President
Kirk Stiffney is the active principal of Stiffney Group, with a team of recruiting associates and support staff to assist in meeting client expectations. With an MBA from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Goshen College, Kirk has extensive professional experience in both the not-for-profit and for-profit sectors.
He is a licensed Healthcare Administrator who served for five years as Vice President for one of the Midwest’s largest retirement communities. His work included oversight of Subacute healthcare programs and development of new retirement communities. He has deep operations knowledge and extensive skills in working with boards of directors. Given this experience, he has a rich understanding of the skills and values required for senior executives and managers to serve effectively in health and human services organization.
Earlier in his career, Kirk worked for an international information services/consulting company that provided research and consulting services to Fortune 500 companies. He led teams of consultants that delivered market research and strategic planning services to client senior management. During this tenure, he lived in New York, Southern New Jersey, and Chicago.
Kirk now lives in Goshen, Indiana, two hours southeast of Chicago. His wife Susan is a Registered Nurse and they have three sons. His interests include travel, photography, real estate development, and church activities.
As a recruiting associate, Kimberly customizes her search strategy for each engagement resulting in timely outcomes, outstanding candidates, and satisfied clients. She develops long term relationships with candidates to assist them in advancing their careers and finding professional opportunities consistent with their values, goals, and missions.
Active in the field of aging services for over 20 years, Kimberly is a licensed Health Facility Administrator. She has experience in opening and overseeing licensed skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, hiring qualified leadership talent, developing new programs, and establishing best practices in the delivery of total customer satisfaction.
Most recently, she has been planning regional conferences related to early memory loss, strategies for boosting memory and engagement, and best practices for person- centered care. Kimberly has earned a Master of Gerontological Studies/Long-Term Care Administration degree from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio and a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University.
Tim has been assisting not-for-profit organizations with executive search and transition services, market assessment and strategic positioning for more than 30 years. He has served clients in 20+ states across the country.
Tim serves on the board of directors of the Center for Healing and Hope in Goshen, Indiana and Evergreen Leaders of Evanston, Illinois. He also serves as a Consulting Associate with MHS, is an ordained minister of Mennonite Church USA, and a writer.
Tim has earned a MA from Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary, a MFA in fiction writing from Murray State University, and a BA in Economics/Political Science and Religion from Goshen College. He and his wife, Jan, live in Goshen, Indiana.
